Parents are regularly kept informed about the report of their child's performance in class. After each unit test and terminal exam the parents are called for a meeting on every third or last Saturday to show the progress report card of their child. Report cards and unit test records are maintained by teachers and handed over to parents to check thoroughly. This process is continuous and comprehensive for whole academic session. The Principal's decision in matters regarding promotion and demotion of a student is final.
